Can someone help me download it on android I extract it and idk what to do after
You find the .apk file and run it. It is as simple as that. Use a File Explorer or similar, go to your Downloads and run the file. It will ask you to Install , click Yes and then find the game in your screen like any other app.
So i should download the "app-release.apk" not the milfland-008B_macos.zip?
Yes. MACOS if for MAC (Apple) computers
